I've got (2) "All Season" brand 2500# feeders I run on my KS farm in remote areas I don't go in but to fill them up. They're like 3-4 years old now and still look new. Some deer don't mind eating out of them but for sure, some mature bucks just avoid them all together.

They might allow it but you would probably have to buy back the acreage you want to change. Example, you want to buy back 10 acres and they paid out $150/acre every year for 5 years of your contract. I have a couple All Season 2500lb. bulk feeders in Kansas and they work pretty well. I also have a couple redneck 500lb feeders that are decent, but get chewed on because the tubs are plastic. I would go all steel construction if you plan to have it a while.
