Once the habitat is leveled and row cropped, the deer are gone. That habitat is not coming back ever. My area in western Iowa has lost a lot of timber in the last 20 years that I’ve been here

Hillrunner, our area has had a 200” plus deer almost every year, in the vicinity of our farms, so you can imagine how cool it would be to intensely manage a couple thousand acres, other than ehd. I’ve killed 2 over 200” and another mid 90’s but screwed up on a few more in the last 10 years...
