In 100% IBA clubs, what are the dues structure for IBA Life Members? If I have to pay dues to the local club and IBA, does that make me a Double Life Member?

Most 100% clubs, just subtract the $18 IBA dues off their membership amount. If you run into a problem let me know Bonk.
