IW Golf Outing

Anyone interested in doing a golf outing one day this summer? You don't have to be a golfer, just a good way for a bunch of hunters to get together in the off season and drink beer and hit the links! I think it would be a blast to get some fellow IW's and IBA'ers together. I would organize it if we had enough participation. We could do a scramble so some of the hackers would have a bit more fun. Hell, even the NR's are welcome :D

We will see what kind of feedback we get and then decide if it's worth it or not. I am in NE Iowa and we have some nice courses, but it doesn't necessarily have to be up here. We could organize a grill out afterwords somewhere and I can gather info on hotels or work out a camping spot for everyone.

I suck at golf, but I'd be all over this if it works with my schedule :D
 
For the guys that are saying "might" depending on when and where, tell me what part of the state you are in and I would be willing to look for a central location for everyone. I think we can make this work. :way:

Right on! That's why I want to find a course that will except a bunch of rowdy guys! I know a few around here that would be glad to have us! Any other suggestions would be great as well!
 
I guarantee I'm worse than Shredder and nanny combined. Last time I golfed I had 120 on my score card, for 8 holes, then I just gave up and drank and ran the golf cart.

I'm game.

I'm east central as well. There's a course over by Wyoming called Little Bear that I'm fairly certain would maybe work for this. I'm not planning anything though, just suggesting.

I cant believe that you would spend the money to go golfing.I bet you sneak beer in your golf bag.
