If you want a great dog and blood line you might have to travel a bit and get on a waiting list for a litter. I'm in Illinois and liberty creeks labs in Indianapolis ,IN or river road labs in libertyville,IL are top notch breeders and dogs are amazing

but man once they take off they are great.

I agree 100% with the clip. You never know what will happen. No such thing as a cull buck. maybe a injured buck that has some sort of ailment is all.

So all the breeding hes done the last 3 seasons ,with multiple does . I would say the gene pool is already out of whack if bucks were born. so taking him wont matter then. His siblings are surrounding your property. who knows whats right any more the research we read changes year to year back...
