I will be hunting in southwest Iowa.

I'm torn between spots for the morning hunt. I don't get to hunt much right now because we farm a lot of land so I put in a lot of hours and only hunt when it rains. I don't no if I should hunt over a cut bean field or in a thick timber? Suggestions would help.

You guys need to check out the turkey reapers. They put a whole new spin on the "fan" trick. It's pretty awesome. Killed a double last weekend with my compound bow crawlin them on camera with a buddy. Check em out on you tube" the turkey reapers" u won't be disappointed.

I finally got off work at 130 been in the stand for bout 2 hours seen 10 deer 7 bucks 1 good one chasing does across corn field.

Wow...i finally got home from my hunting trip in SD. here are some pictures of my spot and stalk mule deer it is quite a challenge.

put down a SD mule deer this evening on my second day hunting up here. I can't post pics from my phone but when I get home I'll put pictures on.

has any one ever spot and stalked mule deer in the Missouri river basins in west central SD?
