I am seeing the same. Nights have been horrid (skunked sat, mon, tues - all evening sits). Next year going to focus on mornings more. I always thought the 17th, 18th, and 19th were pretty good but i think I'd move that back now to like 21st, 22nd, 23rd.

No it is a very rural area. 2 lane. Not really any homes or businesses near by. I did talk to the tech and he made it sound like they may grant it due to its limited use, I don’t plan to frequent it a ton (no house or business plan). It does sound like that is playing a part on their decision...
That’s a good point. It did however have access off of the highway previously. For 60 or so years (possibly more). Also you can drive 10 miles down the road and count 5+ instances where the site vision distance is worse. Not sure if those driveways are all unpermitted or what…

Yes the state was scratching their head because they closed off the access and could not find any documentation that they were warranted to do so (they never purchased any access rights). In talking with them it was pretty clear they were scrambling...
