Alright Chad! I haven't been on here much lately but I am sure glad I checked in this morning after work. Now that the recent picture and sightings have given you hope once again on this guy, I will echo what Caleb said. Go get your buck........ you deserve him!

I usually make it down there on the weekend. However, this year I will be doing something much more manly on Saturday,going to Disney on Ice. Will be down at the show this afternoon after a morning shed hunt.

I meant to state that as acreage - not actual whole farms. Maybe it sounds more economically feasible for some developers to say $3.44 a sq. ft vs. say $150,000 per acre. Yes, it all adds up the same, but it is happening.
