I'm not sure what's worse, a pack of dogs running your property or a pack of coyotes chasing your deer in January and eating your fawns in the spring but it definitely needs to be the landowners choice.

Not for the residents. I could see them trying to get a $1500 floating tag for non resident LO's. Then all hell would break loose.

I'd be all for this but I'd guess there would way more push back on this than what you'd think. The focus should be damage control and stopping it where it's at.

My main concern would be health reasons for himself or someone close to him but whatever the reason, it was his wishes to keep that to himself and I respect that.
