I don't know if this has been discussed before, im sure it has but i had a scenario. If your looking for blood and jump your deer and its 11:00 p.m and you put another arrow into it. Can you get fined for shining? Can you get fined for shooting after hours?

When putting out trail cams do you guys always, sometimes, or hardly ever put out "bait" whether it's corn, liquid, salt, or mineral block. If so what kind do you use?
