Thanks for all the comments guys. This sure is a super deer for this part of the country. Hopefully, the guy who's trailcams snapped these pics. will get a chance to harvest him. He's been labeled as a potential new state record. However, I don't believe he's got enough bone to back this claim...

Awesome buck!!!! I noticed that he appears to have quite an "under-bite" which is pretty unique too.

I've got a Limbdriver made by Vapor Trail Archery on my tribute and love it. Its the rest that Bowtech recommends/uses at their dealer schools. Its super accurate and couldn't be easier to set up.

Yep...and its really easy to do. You gotta back out the screw at the base of the pin turret so that the pin retracts (to prevent damage from hitting the pin head on the middle wire). Then you just loosen the two screws below it on the pin guard and the whole pin turret will pop right out.

I just bought a Hogg It for my new bowtech tribute (which should be in any day now)and I LOVE IT! Its kinda high priced, but I just can't imagine a sturdier, more microadjustable sight. Once I get the 2d/3rd axis set and have it adjusted the way I want it...I'm gonna give it the ole fiber optic...

I'm not from Iowa, but I've been seeing similiar things here in NY. There are several nice 2-yr. old 8-pts. and a bruiser 3-yr. old 7-pt. that I've been watching feeding in an alfalfa field by my house since early June. Unfortunately, these are considered older age class bucks around here...
