I have been doing my own, i usually take and do all the jerky portion that any one in our group wants, which is the meet off of 2-3 of the harvested deer, thats usually enough to take to a few of the holiday partys and BUCK CLUB meetings. And any of the sausage or ground meat they do at the MAPLTON PROCESSING PLANT, which has awesome choices of seasonings and the prices are very competative, thats one of the nice things of small town i guess.
