I would just hang a stand right across theirs on your fence line. Hunt it every time you see them parked there. Who cares if you ruin a night, they will get the point soon enough.

This would be my suggestion also.

I have parked my truck right in front of a guy who hugs are fenceline on several occassions. It just tickles me to see him get frustrated and get down out of his stand to go hunt elsewhere. It wouldn't be so bad if his stand didnt' face directly into our fields.
