I did read, and dont understand thats why I asked
I dont see where they define any distances which define the perimiters of a baited area. Shouldnt it read, no hunting within xxx yards of a baited area?
baiting deer during hunting season is already illegal. This bill is not about banning bait piles for hunting. It is addressing mineral sites, supplemental summer and winter feeding, etc.
