I know it is more than you are looking for but I have 130 acres in Madison county that I am going to sell. It is 100 acres of timber and the balance is tillable of which ~20 is in CRP through 2012. It is located just 1 mile off of I-35 so very convenient to Des Moines. It has established food plots and a small orchard (~50 fruit trees). Large numbers of deer and turkey on the property and I've been managing it for deer for the past 14 years. Haven't yet listed it with a realtor. Asking $380,000. PM me if you have any interest.
