I understand you wanting to legalize tracking with dogs but I am one of the people who see it as only one more way to break the law and trespass without repurcussion. Would any of you in favor of the bill also be in favor of large increases in fines and penalties for violating the terms of the bill. (ie: dogs off the leash or not having landowner permission)
It appears you are already tracking with dogs now in violation of the law, why should we believe you will decide to follow the law later on? Maybe I am wrong and if so I apologize, educate me so I can learn.
