When you are looking at a picture in you phones gallery or one you just took hit the menu button on the phone. A "share" option should be there. Hit that and if you have a FB or photo bucket or other stuff they should be there to select and go from there.
If you select t photobucket and you want to share the picture here select the picture you want to share to make it large. Hit your menu button and select links. An image one is what you want. Touch that one it should copy. Then touch your screen where the words are while you are typing and it should let you paste it.
This is how mine works yours maybe a little different.
