I just read this. Probably over by now but wanted to clear up a couple things. The reason Mr.Arnolds name is on this bill is because he is the chairman on the comitee for the idnr. All bills or new regulations come to him and the comitee he is chairman of. This doesnt mean he is the ramrod of this bill but he and the others have to deal with it. A lot of reps are chairman on different comitees. Mr. arnold was chairman of the iowa dept. of transportation at one time. Mr.arnold doesnt group hunt and hasnt for 20+ years. If you dont like a bill or dont agree with something you should email your reps and mr arnold as they would want your imput. Im sure im going to get bashed for my next comment but i like to group hunt with friends and wish this would have passed if it didnt. May go against the grain from what the majority on here like but i think its odd that we argue so much amongst ourserlves. If i dont hunt the way you hunt that doesnt make it wrong unless its illegal. Im afraid in the coming years we are going to need to stick together as deerhunters rather than fight amongst ourselves.
