Wow, pretty sad to read stuff like that. It's no secret that some farmers think they can do whatever they want in order to reduce deer numbers. I've had experience dealing with it around the area we hunt. I understand it's their livelihood, but the rules and regulations are for everyone to abide by. If they don't like deer eating some of their crops then they should find a new profession or try to deal with it in a legal manner.
