Questions/ is this going to include families or just stags?
The 21st of July is sweet corn season. That would work for a Shrimp Boil?!?!
If there is going to be a big bunch coming that might be hard to pull off. Would need 2-3 more large pots and burners. The pots need to have the perforated liners. Items for a Shrimp Boil, sweet corn, small red potatoes, ringed sausages Hillshire type, uncooked deveined Shrimp, butter, hot sauce and hundreds of napkins :) Everyone would need a pie pan and no utensils allowed only fingers.
Or could Smoke enough pork butts that would feed the masses. With my cooker and another cooker sweet corn could also be boiled?
This is a feeler for the powers to be?
There is a place by me where I posted in the Eat thread which holds the Smoke on the water event. There is a pavilion ( not air conditioned) It has modern RR, horse shoe pits, fire pit I believe for a bonfire, modest playground for the kids and lots of shade trees. The rent is very cheap.

It has a few camper hookups for a fee.
Golf course is only 1/2 mile away. I’m not sure if the grounds are available but could check. The location is the Old Settlers grounds in Lynnville. Go to google maps for aerial view. Plus I could take pics of the grounds and post them.
I could get help around here to smoke the meat if more then four pork butts are needed.
I’m on vacation the end of August. Doesn’t matter to me either either way these are just suggestions. Lots of questions....Discuss........

Walker just a thought here. If you have in in July with the temps outside, if we get a place with A/C more people will stay longer (i'm assuming)?
I go to bed usually around 9:00:D
