I've probably seen close to 100 toms die now. 2 of those went 25 lbs. I'm sure there are exceptions but I feel some guys weigh their bird with some pretty antique scales. But if there is something good to win all the sudden a tom dies that's 29-30lbs with 2 " hooks and a 12" beard. My 2 yr olds average 19-22lbs.
