I actually like Iowa law. Could it be more specific yes ! Nobody should be hunting over or near a bait pile obviously!
To be able to put out corn or soybeans when you leave and head back to another state, like in my case …I see that as a plus, for population assessment, what survived?
If everyone starts calling the DNR and the wardens and complaining, they might consider shutting down it down & ….
Then the CWD excuses come into play & and Boom—no mineral, feed, nothing…sharpshooters!
I saw it happen in Minnesota in more than one area, and Missouri!
I hope Iowa does not go down that road !
