I bought 25 of these seedlings from MDC nursery this past year to plant in yard and they are almost coming out of the tree tubes already. Sure hope MDC carries them again. I will plant a bunch more.

The North half of Mo (where most of the states C production is) and most of IL is going to have great crop this year from what I have been hearing

Dad planted 10 acres of RCBR on his river bottom farm 6/18 Seed from @IowaBowHunter1983 Burned down with nuclear cocktail and 2 q/acre of atrazine. This should prove to be a good stand.

With these good rains and we summer production is going to be about as good as it gets. Supply & Demand--- Prices likely downward trend going into fall.

I re-enrolled (general HEL) in 2021 @ $173/ acre. When purchasing the farm at pre-covid price (August 2021) the CRP makes the payment on the farm. Even at today's prices it would significantly subsidize cash flow for debt payments.

Without it I would be a marestail farmer. The trifecta is nuclear.

Cheap trapping tags on the cages would be a good way I would think. I've never done this but have bought trap tags.
