Anyone ever tried building a bridge to get the deer to cross a ditch at a certain spot to create a great bow stand? I had this ditch about 14ft wide and 6ft deep most of the deer would loop around the head witch forced them out into the field or cut about 60 yrds north to a easier place to cross...
I see this on occasion in fallow/ crp fields and its from 5 to 8ft tall with a very stiff stalk. Just wondering what it is ? Was thinking of adding to some " dirty" switchgrass pockets im creating on my new farm . Good idea or very bad? Thoughts?

Alright guys I want to plant 3. 1 acre clover plots on my new farm . These will be going into combined bean fields from last yr do i frost seed into the bean thatch from last yr? ( pretty thick in some areas ) or wait antlers till early as possible and drill oats as a nurse crop and overseed...
Any one have a pull behind mower that works good for clover? I've got a 4ft pull behind brush mower and it works but leaves a wind row of chaff to one side that smothers out the clover. Im looking for something with its own engine mounted on to pull with utv . Thanks guys

Took a ride this morning looking for coyotes and came across a 145 ish 9 pt and a 2 yr old 8pt dogging a doe all over the older buck just wouldn't leave her watched them quite awhile all over several fields and into a ditch. 3rd round of estrous cycle I guess.
