I guess look at the piece from an investment side is it possible to transform into a great lil hunting piece? Or divide up in couple yrs into lots to make more money on for the next piece?? On a small tract like that it would be my first consideration! Is someone else going to want to buy it...
Every plot of 1/2 acre or bigger i put a line of switch in that come across to within 25 yrds of other side does 2 things reduces them seeing the whole plot and influences movements around the end closer to stand

I brought my first farm in iowa in 2018 and moved here full time in early 2020. I have never shot a buck on a different farm or public land since moving here ! I don't have big properties the first 80 acres then had to down size to a 40 (divorce) but still just made my piece as good as possible...
No program im just looking for feed back which one would do a better job ? Corn residue can be a pain in the ass for a food ploter with smaller equipment

Question for anyone who has these. How long for deer to get used to them ? If blind positioned 100yrds off plot will it have much effect being "new" to area??? Thanks looking to move into position Saturday do we sit immediately of wait couple days ? Over standing beans but 109 yrds off plot...

I 100pct agree I truly believe ehd has nocked numbers back in alot of areas not just mature bucks and when numbers in general are down simple math less mature bucks also ! Lots of doe tags and late doe seasons all take a toll on the numbers
