    I think it would be very manageable to spot spray if you went dozer route. Prefer a dozer with a ripper that can drop that down and rip lingering roots out as well.

    I plant alot of Seckel and Barlett. Both do really well. Barlett is earlier dropper but is a great producer. Seckel is later.

    I did nearly that same thing 20 years ago in Michigan. Became a racoon and predator hwy but I couldn't get deer to use it. Curious your results.

    Best practice is a soil test. Short of that this is a good baseline per acre. MAP: 145 lb Potash: 80 lbs Urea: 250 lbs Have the urea treated at co op of not confident in rain.

    Agree! IMOX is great IF and only if sprayed early. Complaints come from folks spraying later when weeds are larger. Not too affective then.
