I should have clarified... I was referring to mid contract maintenance. There is still cost share for establishment.

I understand that argument, but right now you cant tell the poachers from the good guys. Additionally, the intent of the law was not to be night hunting during deer season. Thermals created a loophole as they didnt exist when the law was written.

This would eliminate the leftover tag season (aka shed buck season).
