They need to get the damn food stamps, etc out of the farm bill and make the farm bill just that.... a FARM bill. Food stamps can have its own bill. That would be things go much more smoothly IMO.

You are severely over estimating the age of bucks that certain people are shooting.... The need to produce content is a factor.

There are groups using this as a second shotgun season utilizing deer drives. Just stating that as a fact. You can draw your own conclusions.

Night vision is banned during deer season for a reason. The INTENT of the law should be to carry over to thermals. IMO, you can only hunt with a thermal at the moment because of what I would call a loophole. I don't like loopholes.
