Sounds like you may have hit guts, what did the blood look like? Did the arrow smell bad? If you hit guts he died somewhere overnight, I hope you find him!

I would guess that he would score closer to 150 as well, but that 20" spread guess is probably pretty close, great buck! He may be about 5 1/2, big mature looking body there.

I shot my archery buck at about 15 yards last year just sitting behind a fallen tree on the ground. Find some brush or a fallen tree and have a seat! Just make sure that you are incredibly still.
