Theres a lot of info on their site about them. But at a high level you can do $10 a month for each camera to have pics sent to you via text or email. Pics are sent real time. Or it functions like a normal camera if you don't use the sending function. Takes great pics as its 12mp.

Sorta depends on your equipment. Sounds like you don't have a drill which would be ideal if your weeds are dead and going to be burned. Disturbing the soil by tilling will generate new weed growth but shouldn't be as bad. Hopefully your brassicas can get out in front of the weeds and shade...

I've been in that situation. I mowed and sprayed. Burned a week later and disced soil. Waited for small regrowth and sprayed with roundup again. Broadcasted and rode over with cultipacker. Worked great.

Should start to regenerate on their own but planting would ensure you get the desired species your after and a little quicker
