Yes, my buddy has one. Took it out youth season and my daughter shot one out of it. It is the coolest thing ever! The visibility is awesome. And no need to continually peep out all the windows and be surprised. It may also be nice on a really warm day as the breeze can blow through.

And I really doubt many take advantage of setting up in a ditch to hunt deer, even if legal in their particular area.
But aren't outrageous hypothetical situations just so much fun to discuss and get worked up about!

The 'ditch' is not private property. I think it is defined as 33 feet from the center of the road or something like that. It is the public right of way and you can hunt/trap the right of way (also called ROW, especially in trappers language) as long as you follow the specific laws spelled out...
