    Panted Some Cuttings

Planted Some Cuttings I planted a bunch of cuttings from Big Rock Trees with help from my Wife and Son-in-Law this weekend. It is the 1st time for me planting cuttings so I hope I did it correctly. I planted Black Elderberry, Red Oiser Dogwood and Silky Dogwood. John threw in a few Willows...

    Opening Day Bird - Wisconsin

My season for Turkey hunting started this morning. Didn't know what to expect as they had Winter Storm warnings out yesterday into today. Got up at 3:30 this morning to find a few inches of snow on the ground. Wind was light so my son and I headed out to our land. Got to land about 4:30...

Spot spraying or wiping with Glyphosate will get rid of milkweed. Mowing your clover will also help with weed control

    Planting Bar for Cuttings

Getting some cuttings from John at Big Rock and saw how someone had made a bar to plant the cuttings so I got one made up. Also got a bunch of weed mats and 6 inch staples to hold the mats down. Now I just have to wait for warmer weather and the cuttings to come.

    Bobcat Pics

I have only got 1 Bobcat pic ever and that was quite a few years ago with a 35mm film Trailcam. The 1st pic of Bobcat walking away was with a S600. I was a little disappointed that it was a going away pic. I got to my second camera about a 100 yards away and started checking the pictures on the...

    Two Cultipackers For Sale

The $575 would be for Local pickup. I didn't check but I would think if we had it shipped to you the Freight charge would be expensive due to the weight.

    Shadow Hunter Blinds

I have had a 6x6 bow/gun combo for 3 years now. Excellent blind. This thig is quiet and very durable. The blind will be around longer than me probably. The entire outside has an aluminum skin on it. Get your self a MR. Heater and you will be able to sit in any weather as it is completely...

    Best Pics of 2010-2011

The setup is on the edge of a lake. My brother had gotten a late season doe with his bow. I took the bones and placed them under the logs that the eagle is sitting on. Got some cool fox pics from this setup also.

    Best batteries for your buck?

For cold weather the lithiums are the way to go. For the rest of the year The Sanyo Enloops are great. The enloops do not discharge by themselves as normal rechargeble batteries do. You can find lithium batteries on ebay for a little over a dollar a peice if you buy in quantity.
