Ok, well I feel kind of dumb for not realizing the problem but the shaft that the cable guard slides on somehow got turned in to the left, my bow guy says the set screw may not of been tight from the get go. But since that was turned towards the string stop it caused the cable to drag across it...
I live in monticello, 30 minutes north of CR. We got indian bluffs just outside town. Not sure how many acres but its big. I dont hunt it but quite a few people do. Have seen some good deer come out of there though.

I have a stand in a slough thats completley surrounded by beans. Last year it was corn. Had deer all over. Beans this year. Sounds like its gonna be a bummer? Had high hopes for it, CRAP.
