I built one two years ago I used 4in pvc pipe and old disc blade it held about a 5 gallon bucket and a half I used the disc blade as a bowl and placed the pipe about three inches above the blade which limited the amount of corn that was let out
I shoot 777 and only shoot 100 grains and my optima doesn't have a lick of trouble I'm pushing 250 grain powerbelts go to spot on ballistics and u can change powder and bullet grains then it calculates each dot on ur bdc and it is pretty dang close!
