Yes I hate them too, especially when it's just dark enough that the sound of them and the tree shapes convince you it is a buck passing through.

I bought my 9 yr old son the Diamond Razor Edge. Still on the lightweight limbs but shooting dead on at 25 yds. Been a great starter bow. Hope next year to graduate to the stiffer limbs but we shall see.
