If you can imagine cutting both tines free from the main beam along the top line of the main beam, the resulting figure would determine normal or abnormal. if the figure is a (8) then both are normal, If it is a (C or O) one point has to be considered abnormal.

It doesn't sound as much of a decoy dilemma as it does a lack of funds dilemma.. All you really need to do is come up with another couple hundred bucks and you can buy the whole flock.

The way I understand it, if someone trespasses on a lease he can in addition to being charged for trespassing can be sued in civil court for damages to the least.. But it's very hard to prove damage above the price of the lease.
If the leases is only $1.00 that would be tha maximum damage you...
