Yes, I typically hunt pretty hard that week as vacation allows and see several mature bucks over the course of the week.... gotta crawl down by 10am on Thanksgiving day though, mamas rules....

Saw 3 nice bucks chasing 1 doe and another good buck chasing a single doe this afternoon while pulling a stand.

Yup, I had a real nice 10 sneak in on me this year... I was going to get a drink and when I turned to my pack to get it there he was, 7 yards away looking right at me, heartbreaking.

same as the pump spray stuff just in an aerosol can I think... no I havent tried it, I use scent away but not for any particular reason other than I can get it locally.

Yup, do it that way most seasons. One Bow buck, One late muzzy buck, Doe tags for second season shotgun...... and a landowner buck tag but that may or may not apply for you

Good advice above... if the wind is good get back in there... the does didn't go anywhere and the bucks will be with the does.

Had a very similar experience with rage... found the buck the next April shed hunting. He went to water. I shoot Muzzy now :)

It finally came together. I had mainly nighttime pictures of this 150 class 4.5 yo buck. He was mostly nocturnal until Thursday of last week. I spotted him at 120 yds working a doe pretty hard. I had a couple real big deer (180 class 10pt and a 160 class 8pt -- not resident bucks on the farm)...

Fun hunt today... sat from dark to 3pm. 5 shooters 20+ bucks and 7 does all does were followed by bucks.. rattled in several lonely bucks from 11am to 3pm... No shot opportunities on the shooters.

Oh yeah, we just mow it for better shooting lanes :-)
