I'm curious to know if it would be possible for an out of state hunter to legally acquire a buck tag during the shotgun seasons for consecutive years. I'm familiar with the rules for out of state hunters as they pertain to bow tags, but I'm not familiar with how the law pertains to the shotgun...

Yeah, Larry needed to retire due to his shoulder. I also got fed up with the kids at Fin and Feather, they're very impersonal, nonprofessional (i.e running down other customers) and seriously lacking any expertise. Might want to consider getting setup to do your own work.
