It depends on how balanced your herd is. A very well balanced herd will have much more responses to a call than a herd with 1 buck to every 20 does.

I saw a 120's last night following a doe and when he saw me he just laid down in the grass while doe kept feeding. Saw another decent buck harrasing some does and fawns in a different field. I would say it has begun, it is not smoking hot yet but you better be out there!!

I must say that my standards are that I will only shoot bucks that I will mount. I would shoot any buck over 125" here in MN. I have passed on tons of 1 1/2 year old buck over the last ten years. I can only recall only seeing 2 of those bucks as 2 1/2 year olds. I need to start applying for IOWA!!!

I carry both the TT and the Buck Roar on the same lanyard. I have had better responses to the Buck Roar than the tt.
