One of the easiest ways I have found to dial in a Scope after the first shot is to:
- line the crosshairs up with where you orignally shot
- stabilize the gun after the first shot with sandbags or whatever you have
- without moving the gun "drive the crosshairs to your bullet hole"

He takes a lot of pride in this work and is willing to spend the time discussing and answering questions. I just dropped my deer off on Saturday for him to work on. I'm fortunate to have a friend that has had many animals worked on...
My taxidermist recommended brushing with a brass brush (grill brush) as often as you would like. Don't use a steel brush as this will rip the hair and skin.
Also, he sprays all of his mounts twice a year with Raid Flying Insect and really treats the back portion with it. Not a heavy spraying...
Has anyone used or heard of anyone using a Plotmaster and their experiences?
Looking for something that will work well pulling behind an ATV. Will be tending to about 7 acres of food plots and possibly other uses (reseeding timber roads...).

I would have to agree with you bonker that they wanted to build a stronger case. DNA samples of deer carcasses without heads to match with what might be in the offenders possession. Possible video tape of shooting at dummy deer?

My friend had pretty much glued everything down...the side, ears, etc. I agree with the tail...he has a tail off a deer he havested earlier this year to put on the back, but he forgot to give it to me.
