Went out tonight and sat along a river bottom where I have seen them cross into this cornfield. Well, a nice buck and a doe came into the field from a different area, and there was nothing I could do to make him check me out. Figures.

I am hopeing this weekend the bucks will be back to looking for more does. Last weekend was terrible for me.

I am getting depressed. I have been out every second I can, but hove NOT seen hardly any movement. As I was driving to school today, I saw a monster buck running across a beanfield. Figures.

The wind is supposed to be 20-30 from the N. today, a little rain or snow in my area. I am planning on going out this afternoon. Will they still move with the wind that strong??

All I got out of it, is that these people are not Christians. What a shocker. Too bad that deer in Target didn't run over a few of them!

That's fantastic!! Great job tracking and RECOVERING your deer!! A lesson learned right there, in tracking and not giving up on your deer!! I have 2 daughters - 7 and 4. I can't wait for them to join me, and show ol dad up!! Enjoy these days with your children!!!!

I went out tonight - saw 1 doe with 3 little ones, and a big deer ( couldn't tell what it was) Nothing else. A nice evening, but nothing responded to my rattling, the CAN, and grunting. Going to hunt Friday afternoon, all day sat and sun!
