i am also from the loess hill area and I have seen 2 this year and one last year and alot of friends have seen them too. i think they are really comming on in this area I had one walk 5 feet from my tree one afternoon it was amazing to watch!!
thanks for the advice hunterman. I will have to try that next fall. I just sat my cam up toniht again in a better spot with some corn dumped out. hopefully I will get some good pics I will post any good ones asap!! thanks for all the advice people!!
no no problems its worked great so far. I have posted some pics of a tom at "pics from my trailcam" good luck with it send me some pics if you get it to work!!
I have a stealth cam STC-WD3RT I just got it a couple months ago and I am really impressed it takes amazing pics and they are super clear I will try to post some off it later. I give credit to stealth cam the software and the camera itself are really easy to use!!
thanks for the reply its about 20 yards in the timber from a 100 acre corn field I set it near some rubs and scrapes about 10 in a 20 yard circumfrince. I am new at cameras and any advice is greatly appreciated!! would pilling corn in front of help?? I have plenty of that its iowa for god...
I have put my new camera out for a couple of weeks and I have had alot of pics of does but no bucks the location is good there are tons of rubs just wondering if there was anything else I could do!!! I WANT TO SEE BUCKSSSSS!!!!!!
