Here's one that my son shot 1\4 mile from the Van Buren Co. border in Missouri during there gun opener a couple weeks ago. We hit two more but could not find them.
In many areas there has been an over kill of does already. We must remember that as hunters we need to keep the does in check but not to over harvest them. Do not just harvest does because they tell you to. Everyone should try to moniter there own area before we ruin the very sport we all love...

Great pics. Its always fun to go out and just watch deer during the rut. By the way whats planted in your plot. Right now our turnips and rape are getting hit hard.
I agree that the more does you have on your property during the rut the more bucks you will see. We are starting to lay off taking too many does this year and we can really tell the difference on the amount of bucks we are seeing.
