no its called PRACTICE using custom hornady slugs and a nikon slug hunter sighted an inch high at 200 yards and i held realy high and made a damn hairbrain but damn lucky shot
what the hell r u talking about i didn,t say any of that i said i ook deer this year at 22+ yards with a 300 WEATHERBY NOT A SHOTGUN and the longest shot iv took with a bow is about 42 yards and it was a gut shot-damn

iv used a 62 cal and a 54 cal since i started shooting blackpowder 20 some odd years ago but about 9 years ago i bought a cva 50 cal and it works well.i hunted pronghorn last spring with a 45 thoug and hope 2 b getting a 45 soon
iv been using a remington 760 in 30-06 since i was 8 years old and have used 220 grain since them.i have expirimented with 150s and 180s but the 220 still stay true to me and i have took griz with it

pump is way more accurate and for me i got a remington 870 with a cantilever barrel and a nikon slug hunter scope on it-i took a 10 point in iowa this year at 371 yards with it-dropped him in his tracks!!!
them old enfields offer a nice callenge,i hunted with one in alabama in '83 and made a 280 yard shot on a doe which promt me to by my own-i got 11 of them now!!!!
yeah i know there realy rare but it was done and i had er wieghed in town-she was in an old news paper from the u.p. and im sure i got a photo lying around some where if i do ill post it
