I talked to a park ranger at the deer classic that said a bioligist told him that in three years or so there will be so many more bobcats that there will have to be a season for them.

I've heard only good things about the 209 conversion kit. I suggest buying one, it will cut down on misfires. I shoot a remington model 700 and I am getting one for next year.
