Yes, very good chance of buying it down the road. I'm ready if it ever comes for sale. I'm only in my early 40's and he's in his upper 60's. His kids are not interested in the land.
Sorry, I agree with you there. Not all "Brown is down neighbors" are not bad. I get it, not everyone has endless amounts of time to hunt and be selective or put the habitat work in. What is bad, is the laundry list of other things he's been doing like putting an outhouse on my property...

No doubt record book buck harvest is down since the 1990's. However, I can guarantee you that Iowa has significantly more record book bucks that are not being included in this data sheet. I'm guessing only around 50% of booners are entered in Iowa vs 95% in Wisconsin and surrounding states...
