yeah, i have a river directly behind me, and thats the only spot for water around there. Im hoping when i gets colder it will get better.

I've been sitting in this stand on and off. I didnt want to out too much pressure on it. Im 17 ft. up. Am i not high enough? I have a few pictures of decent bucks during the daytime, but they dont seem to want to show up when im there. Any thoughts to what i could change? :confused:

Muskies are pretty much a bigger and badder version of a bass. They live in the same place, Rick and weed beds, off of rocky points. A good overcast is also valuable, Muskies usually go into a little feeding frenzy if there's a big storm approaching also.

A lot of the time certain lakes like certain lures, I fish lake of the woods in obabikon bay in Canada, and the Muskies loveeee inline spinners. Mostly black skirts with silver blades. But all lakes are different. Also Muskie fishing is an expensive hobby. I have probably a few thousand...

What type of gear do you guys never leave the house without before going to the stand? Type of arrows/broadheads/scent ect. I wanna try some new stuff to maybe improve my hunt!
