Great advise has anyone used Hot Moc for boot covers?

I bought a Cold Steel Roach Belly for a throw down knife. You can get them online for like $15. It has become my favorite knife for white tail. My buddies have actually gone out and purchased them. They have replaced my more expensive knives.

I have found several pac boots, however there don't seem to be gram ratings on them. Is the insulation on a pac boot rated different?

Thanks for all the advise I am not used to extreme cold. I can hang for a long time in the cold until my feet get cold then I am done.

Thanks for the intel when would be the right time to broadcast in those strips? We are going to make a May scouting trip if we get the draw. Then another in September to build stands. We have a 13 hour drive each way so its not like we can just pop over there.

Thanks is there a particular grain of .50 cal slug you would recommend? I am leaning toward a muzzy due to range from what I have been told. I have never hunted deer with either. We only use high powered rifles down here for the most part.

It looks like I am going to get a chance to hunt Wayne County next year. I am a long time hunter in Texas however we don't use many muzzle loaders down here. Any tips on brands of muzzle loaders, reliable scope or type of slug to use for that part of the state? Thanks in advance... Good hunting
