When you put in the external battery mod on the camera so it can run off of a 6 volt, where do you put the battery when it's in the field. Do you just let it sit out in the open or do you cover it with something? Thanks.

What kind of battery life are you getting on the Bushnell Trail Sentry 2.1? How does it perform. I just got one yesterday. It seemed to do well on testing.
