2002 Shotgun Seasons

Nothing like planning ahead! I was just looking at the IA DNR site and noticed that the dates for first shotgun this year run from December 1-5. This makes the season a Sunday through Thursday season. I hadn't heard of this change yet and was wondering if this was a misprint. Has anyone else seen this. They also show second season being Dec 8-16 which is the usual week days but just maybe a little earlier than normal.

If this is true then second season will start on a sunday also and then end on a Monday. Are you sure its not Dec 7-15th? If that is the case it seems a little odd to open on a Sunday.

It didn't seem right to me either. I'll look again and reprint the .pdf that had it. Hopefully I just looked at it wrong. If anyone has the proposed 2002 season info please post it.
